About This Program
The Communication minor pairs with almost any major and is fundamental for most careers. Doctors, lawyers, engineers, counselors, politicians, etc., all benefit from studying communication. You will gain an understanding of interpersonal communication, the functions and structures of mass media, the uses of persuasion, and the nature of communication within organizations.

Scholarships
As a student in CAHSS and the Communication department, you have access to scholarships awarded annually. The department specifically awards scholarships at our senior banquet each spring, for which we encourage all eligible students to apply:
